About Us
Since 1996 Anderson Road Management Services has provided performance
measurement and asset management assistance to municipalities across
Ontario.
Below is a brief biography of the company’s owner
With over thirty years experience in municipal transportation,
Brian Anderson brings with him an impressive range of accomplishments,
which includes authoring over two-dozen papers and two manuals on
performance measurement and benchmarking.
Since 1996, Brian has worked with the Ontario Good Roads Association
to develop performance measures and productivity improvement tools
for application in a municipal roads/public works environment. Brian
plays a key role in educating municipal staff on the core principles
and key elements of asset management. He also is responsible for
gathering and analyzing data annually from municipalities across
Ontario and authors the annual report on extent, condition and best
practices achieved in the delivery of service on Ontario’s
Municipal Roads.
Prior to joining OGRA, Brian has worked for urban and rural municipality’s
as an engineering technician and road manager plus with the Ministry
of Transportation, as Senior Municipal Supervisor, where he provided
guidance and technical advice to municipalities regarding road maintenance
and construction.

team, practical hands on program, which focuses on finding best
