Anderson Road Management Services offers a number of services to assist municipalities with asset management and performance measurement. We will assist municipal government in developing and implementing a network wide asset management program that will be used by all levels within a municipal organization. We will assist with collecting and organizing field information the development of an asset inventory. Once the inventory has been created we will work with the municipality to keep the inventory data up-to-date.

Anderson Road Management Services offers assistance in the benchmarking municipal service delivery. The benchmarks are used to find operational strengths and weaknesses for the services provided and use that information to find and implement best practices to improve performance.

Other services includes: project manager, construction layout, and announcing our newest service as a virtual assistant.
